Charge for 'lost card'

Today when I wanted to use my credit card I realized that transactions have been done on my card. Obviously, this is a time of stress for me and obviously I had to cancel my card. Even though I did not loose my card and even though I was just robbed by means of activity, ABSA decides to charge me a further R140 for 'lost card administration'. Feeling even more robbed now. Thanks for making my day even worse now ABSA!
