Thank you ABSA! you have surly kept me as a customer on numerous accusations and most recently my current account card got cloned and after my salary was paid in on the 28th someone took all of my money out of my account! I contacted ABSA and explained the situation and I was stressed because my debit orders was going off on the 1st. They froze the account got me a new card and refunded my money in 2 days with constant feedback. I would like to thank Cecilia van Deventer for the help and David Mashlango for calling me back when you said you would and the speed you handled this situation.
