I JUST NEED A TAX CERTIFICATE!!!
How many people does it take to provide a tax certificate???
I phoned Metropolitan to request a tax certificate on the 26th of November and I was told that the department that was supposed to help me was out of office for a Christmas function and that I should phone back the following day, so I phoned back on the 27th as I could not on the 27th, and no one could help me with my request, I was transferred from the one consultant to the next reaching extensions that was not available and people not able to assist me. I mean really??? How difficult can it be to connect me with the correct person?? I'm really disappointed and still I don't have my Tax Certificate!!!
