Complete Lack of Service

I reported a Hack that had occured from an internet payment that had NOT been authorised.
Nedbank had once before (ONCE) had this occure and contacted me asking if it was valid.
This time the amount threw my account so far in the RED i am going to be paying for months on all the "fines" for my account going there, and when I contacted Nedbank regarding this I have recieved a little message saying oh we are sorry but we couldnt give a flying hoot about the fact you were hacked, nor do we give a %@$^& about the fact that because of it you are in the RED and we WILL be taking all the fines etc off and not reversing any of them.

Nedbank you have become a COMPLETE waste of energy and I will be making sure that EVERY single person I deal with will be informed just how the service is. and given copies of the corispondence I have recieved and sent requesting assistance.

I will also be sure to close any and all accounts etc I have with Nedbank as soon as possible due to this complete lack of assistance.
