Once again it has been proven that once you cancel a contract there is no recording to be found, nothing captured on record and a manager will phone you within a few days happens to never happen, i was told twice that a manager will phone me after cancelling but nothing happened i was charged for a extra month, thats my first problem, second i had to pay them but once i had a accident and wanted to claim nothing was given or handed in ro feedback nothing, this is the first complaint and i am taking this to the newspapers and my lawyer because i want my money back why should we pay if we dont get any service? Im sick of this
