Ihave been into Woodbridge banch 3 times last week trying to rectify my problem i have with my new FNB card, every time the bank teller assured me that he has done what i have asked only to discover when i got back to my work that nothing has been done from the branch. I spend numerous hours on my cell phone with the call centre to try and rectify my banking issue i have with FNB my latest encounter with a Mr Mark Naya has left me speechless with is telephone etiguette he was rude and was not interested to listen nor t assist me with my banking isuue, I can not understand how something as simple can not be performed by any of FNB's call centre "Well traned and well mannered staff please what a joke!!!
