Firstly I went to Standard bank last week and forgot my card so I had to get one inside. The lady told me that you get charged for it but not if its your first one for the month, which it was. However I ended up being charged for it. Secondly I check my statement today and discover I have been charged for a "Electronic bundle transfer" what is that even? I only buy airtime and have never been charged a R20 for that. Disappointed in Standard bank since I switched to them for better service.
