LP ROSSOUW Payment of account - 5 May 2013

Good day

I am so disappointed in RCS. RCS promise to phone me back. They never ever phone back. Each and every time I must hold the line. 10 minutes... Their systems are not working. You retell your story about 5 times to different people.

This cannot carry on like this. I paid my account. Now for three months I am getting threats that they are going to give me over to their debt collections agency. After a lot of faxes, emails and telephone calls, writing reports on Hellopeter still no solutions from RCS. Since June???

I am lost for words. In the meantime collection fees and interest are added to my account.
