I do not like to do these type of things, but unfortunately MFC leaves me no other option. We purchased a Fiat LDV in 2007 through MFC. The car has been paid in full. Approximately a week ago I was in an accident, where a truck driver bashed me from behind. My wife (the title holder) has sent two e-mails to the relevant address, with still no reply. We need these documents to enable the Insurance brokers to finalise the claim, for me to have transport again. We can't seem to get any satisfaction from these guys, now that the vehicle is paid up, but please don't be behind on your payments, they contact you in 12 minutes.
