Had an accident on the 22nd of June the assessments and everything was done in about two weeks. The authorisation was issued and that was the last correspondence. I have done numerous follow ups with the consultants as I have just paid the second premium after the accident but no one has bothered to respond to my emails. On the other side I am driving around with a damaged car while premiums are deducted every month. Have to say I am so not impressed with the service or rather let me say I am so not impressed with the lack of communication.
