When I joined king price their price was too good to be true. But because i did not have money i just joined anyway. Though there was some glitches in the beginning, they manage to sort that out. However i did not rate them on hellopeter as service consultants are always good, when looking for new business. So i thought i should see if i'll receive my monthly premium deduction as promised, and yes i have been receiving them. But my main assignment was to wait and see what will happen during the claim process (if it happenes), i have to say i was very impressed. I called today, the following day there car was booked for assessment, and i was told at the assessment centre that there insurance will come back to me after 48hrs. Indeed after two days they called me with the approval of the claim. So i am very impressed with their service, though i feel they should add more staff at their call centre as you hold for a very long time. So what is left is to see their annual premium increase, especially that i claimed. However, So far so good.
