After getting off the phone with an amazingly kind call center, I felt a bit unsure with regards to the excess I was to pay on my car if it were ever in an accident. I phoned them back and with in seconds I was helped by Samantha and her other work colleague (I forgot his name... sorry!).
Not only was she able to bring my excess down by a load, but my premium went up by a few bucks AND she was kind enough to wave the admin fee's!!
After speaking to several other Insurance companies and being told I would have to pay over R900, King Price came in with a price BELOW R700 and an amazingly affordable excess.
Thank you SO much! Looking forward to having you guys behind me as my insurance company :)
