I wanted to deposit coins into my savings account and had my ID with me and did not have my Capitec Bank card with me. Phumla did not want to help me with my transaction as she said those without cards should move aside while she helps those with cards. Her dameaner was inappropriate and shocking as all my details could have been accessed from my ID. She also asked me if I want her to put the money into the ID, i assured her that all details can be seen via my ID number. When I said to her that she is not polite and rude, she said to me I must move aside so that she can help the next customer. She was never apologetic and showed no remorse. The assistant manager who was on site was not helpful as well and was reluctant on dealing with the situation at hand. I hope that Capitec Bank does not condone such behaviour and should remove such persons from their institute before they lose valuable customers due to such appalling behaviour. Very much disgusted.
