I HAVE BEEN WITHOUT A CELLPHONE FOR ALMOST 3 WEEKS DUE TO 2X BLACKBERRY Z10 BEING FAULTY. I CANCELLED THAT CONTRACT 2 WEEKS AGO AND RECONTRACTED FOR THE SAMSUNG S4 WHICH WAS DONE ON THE 24 JULY. FOR NEW APPLICATIONS DELIVERY TIME IS 10-12 DAYS. I CALLED FNB EVERYDAY AND THEY ADVISED ME THE ORDER IS WITH THE COURIERS. I CALLED THEM AGAIN TODAY BECAUSE THEY DEDUCTED THE R150 COURIER FEE AND THEY TOLD ME THAT BECAUSE THEY HAD TO RECONTRACT ME WHICH WAS DONE ON THE 01 AUGUST MY ORDER WILL TAKE 10-12 DAYS FROM THE 01/08. I AM FRUSTRATED AND FURIOUS WITH THEM. AND NO-ONE CAN SORT MY QUERY OUT.
