I placed a order on the Avon website and parcel was sent to Fast and Furious for delivery 2 weeks ago. The parcel never arrived and when I called Avon they told me it is with the couriers. I couldn't m, ./ understand why orders placed later was already delivered.
when calling Fast and Furious today I was told the parcel was returned to Avon as I cancelled.
why would I cancel when I have customers waiting for the delivery and trying to boost sales for the DSA project.
I am now left to sort out this order.
Avon should stop using Fast and Furious as they don't deliver on time and drivers make decisions on their own without consulting customers. when the package was returned to Fast and Furious nobody called me to confirm the return and today they admitted that it must have been an error.
