FNB fails to rectify my problem

On 05 August 2013, I put a complaint on Hellopeter as I had tried to get assistance twice through the FNB website and had no luck. I received a response and had an FNB representative contact me. They promised to look into the problem and get back to me. I have still not heard a word and am still experiencing the same problem!!! Ever since the new internet banking has been implemented, I no longer receive notifications every time that I swipe my card. I'm not sure if this is co-incidence that it has happened since the upgrade or whether it is a glitch with the system. This is extremely frustrating as my wife receives all the notifications on my email and then updates my books as I have my own business. Sometimes she only sees 4 days later when it reflects in the bank and then the books are not kept current. This has never been a problem in the past as everytime I have swiped the card, I have received a notification.
