FNB Home Loans Double Debit

On the 1st August a 2nd debit order went off my account in respect of my residual home loan. I received an sms from FNB stating that they are aware of it and are going to rectify. I thereafter called the residual home loans branch and spoke to Gholin who assured me that my account will be refunded within 48 hrs as this had happened to 500 other clients but he would try his best to push it quicker as i had other debit orders going off as well.

On the 2nd August i called them again and another gentleman tried to assist but nothing has happened.

Today the 4th of August 4 DAYS LATER my account has not been refunded!!! This is totally unacceptable and I am appauled by their service.

FNB prides themselves on their service to their clients - what typed of service is this taking peoples money and doing nothing to immediately rectify!!!
