SO what is it with insurance companies being more than happy to take OUR money in premiums but when it's time to pay back, its a huge problem? Why do they always want to find a plan to not pay out? Mind you, its money that belongs to ME anyway!!!
A lady from Discovery has implied that my story of the day of my accident "does not add up" and so I seem to be experiencing problems. No one is giving me an update on my claim and so I find myself emailing people to find out how far they are dragging the claim, but still, I have heard nothing from no-one.

Is the agreement for your car to be insured not to fix the car WHEN it gets damaged??? Why be an "Insurance company" if the vision of your company seems to be, to go well out of your way not to pay your "customer".
The people who recommended discovery to me are shocked at how this matter has been handled and if this is how business is done at Discovery Insure, then they should be proud of losing one more customer. I would never put my name down on a Discovery Insure recommendation. Ever!!
