The unsatisfactory list will be too long for me to mention in this "reason block". But all I can say is What a Total Disappointment Discovery Insure has been!!! I am a customer and due to my long service commitment I deserve the same commitment and special treatment at all times. Is it all a game - Discovery is like the Principle and we customers are the pupils that must sit, listen, speak when you spoken too, get accused for sins never committed. When we complain, Discovery silently state SHUT UP, WE ARE NOT LISTENING ANYWAY! TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT! Discovery have cleared proven that they don't needs customers or the money - then I advise that ABSA IDirect is a much better insurance company and way cheaper.
