I lost my phone on the 23rd of August 2013 I reported it missing and faxed all the necessary documents they required me to sent. I spoke to one of their consultants and he said he will tell me on the progress of my claim. I sent him an email reminding him about my requsest and he still has not replied. It has been almost 5 days now and I have not heard from them.
