TRACKING CERTIFICATE

I BOUGHT A NEW VEHICLE AND WE HAVE AN INSURANCE POLICY AND WE ADDED IT ON THE 11.07.2013 TO THE POLICY AND WE WERE ASKED TO FAX OR EMAIL THE TRACKING CERTIFICATE AND WE DID ON THE 16TH OF JULY.ON THE 17TH OF JULY WE CALLED TO CONFIRM WHETHER THEY HAVE RECEIVED THE TRACKING CERTIFICATE THEY SAID THEY DID AND THEY TRANSFERRED US TO THE TRACKING COMPANY SO THAT THE INSURANCE POLICY WILL TAKE OVER OUR CONTRACT AND WE PAY ONCE THE PREMIUMS.NOW WE RECEIVED AN SMS ON THE 31ST OF JULY THAT OUR TRACKING DEVICE HAS NOT BEEN ADDED AND CONFIRMED TO OUR POLICY. WE PHONED AND SPOKE TO SHARIFEE WHO SAID IT TAKES 24HRS TO REFLECT AND PROMISED TO DO IT .THEN ON THE 1ST OF AUG WE CALLED TO FIND OUT IF IT HAS BEEN DONE WE SPOKE TO INNOCENTIA WANTED TO TRANSFER US TO THE TRACKERS TO SOLVE OUR QUERIES AND DIDNT LISTEN TO OUR PROBLEM, THEN WE DROPPED THE CALL AND WE PHONED SHANE, KNELL, ISAAC AND EVEN WE SPOKE TO THE MANAGER GABRIELLE TOWARDS AROUND 4PM TO ASK WHEN ARE THEY GOING TO DO IT AND I PROMISE YOU TILL NOW WE HAVE NOT RECIVED ANY CONFIRMATION THAT IT HAS BEEN DONE AND WE HAVE RECIEVED ANOTHER SMS TODAY THAT IT HAS NOT BEEN CONFIRMED .TELL ME WHAT SHOULD A PERSON DO TO GET A SERVICE IN AMSURE?
