POLICY COMMENCED 20/5/2010

JANUARY 2013 I STARTED RECEIVING NUMEROUS CALLS FROM TRACKER TO INSTALL A TRACKING DEVICE TO MY CAR ON ENQUIRING WE (MY HUSBAND AND I) LEARNT THAT WE HAVE BEING PAYING FOR A TRACKING DEVICE SINCE INCEPTION OF THE POLICY WHICH WAS NEVER INSTALLED .
(THE TRACKING DEVICE WAS INSTALLED IN JANUARY).
WE CONTACTED BUDGET INSURANCE ON THE 9TH OF JANUARY 2013 WHEREBY THE CONSULTANT
CONFIRMED THAT WE WILL BE REFUNDED AND THAT THE MATTER IS WITH THEIR REFUND DEPARTMENT FOR INVESTIGATIONS .
WE HAVE BEEN FOLLOWING UP WITH BUDGET REGULARLY AND THEY KEEP SAYING THAT THEY ARE STILL INVESTIGATING OR THAT THEY ARE WAITING ON TRACKER TO CONFIRM IF THEY HAD INDEED RECEIVED PAYMENT .
ON THE 7TH JAN I SPOKE TO ANOTHER CONSULTANT WHO SUGGESTED THAT I CONTACT TRACKER MYSELF, MY HUSBAND CALLED TRACKER AND THEY SAID THAT THEY NEVER RECEIVED ANY
REQUEST FROM BUDGET .
YESTERDAY I SPOKE TO BUSISIWE AT BUDGET SHE APOLOGISED FOR THE DELAY AND ESCALATED THE MATTER TO THE MANAGER MR LOUISE HOLLANDER SHE SAID SHE SPOKE TO HIM AND PROMISED THAT THEY WILL ATTEND TO THE MATTER AND CALL ME BEFORE END OF BUSINESS
I AM STILL WAITING AND HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED IN BUDGET.
