I Settled my smart device on my FNB account a week ago and yet it still shows up on my online banking and I can not apply for another device.
At first they kept telling me that it will reflect as settled within 24 - 48 hours.
Ever since 48 hours have passed I have not gotten a straight answer from anyone! After 3 visits to my local branch and 7 phone calls everyone keeps telling me I need to speak to someone else! My call has also been dropped 4 out of 7 times, always after being transferred to another person for the 4th or 5th time! This is simply pathetic. They are very quick to take the money from my account but as soon as I need further assistance I just get excuses!
