PUT THE PHONE DOWN WHILE I WAS SPEAKING

This morning i got an sms to say money was debited from my account i called my bank (ned bank) i was helped in under 5 min the told me it was from FNB and gave me the nr to call.
i did i was on hold for 45min before i got to speak to some one
i was then transferred over 5 times.
i eventually got through to SINA who was rude and while i was explaining what happened and asking her to please tell me what is was for, she jsu put the phone down inn my ear.
i have never had such bad service. my husband was with FNB and moved his account due to ENDLESS problems.i still have no clue why the money was taken off my account
