Poor customer service

I phoned customer care to resolve a problem with a deduction from my current account and was left holding for over 5 minutes. The auto player told me that it would take over 10 minutes for my call to be answered. That is absolute madness. Who pays for that call cost... me, that's who! If my problem is not resolved, I will be closing ALL my standard bank accounts. Better, faster... what a joke!!!
