UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE

PPS Reference number : 1467997
The above refers. I have now exhausted my patience and want a corrected tax certificate issued immediately.
The following is the shocking service received:
I have now called the call centre three times. Each time I call I offer the Ref number which is ignored and I have to go through a 'security check'. Yesterday Lebogang promised to call me back this morning - I am still waiting for the call and it is now 10:30.

Please do what is required.
