Yesterday i call the call centre to block my phone i took with Vodacom and the guy assist me and tells me that the phone will be blocked and the sms will be send shortly. I call in after 10 min and Vuyo answered my call and i explain to her and that i am in a police station can she at least email the reference number to me so i can finish and go home. she didnt want to assist and told me i should wait, if i need help i should have patience.
I had to call again in the morning to get a reference number and i waited like a stupid guy at the police station for a simple message that didnt come. we don't expect 5 star service we just need delivery and fairness
