Immediate Response to query

I tried to access the Careers section of Auto and General and picked up an IT problem. Using the complaint option regarding policies, service, etc. I managed to make electronic contact with them to bring the problem to their attention. Shanette Govender, Service Assurance Consultant, Policy Services Department, escalated my query immediately to the relevant party and I received a telephone call within a few hours where I was guided to the correct link for me to register my CV. Thank you so much for getting involved in something which wasn't really your responsibility in the first place, but which provided me with the necessary solution.
