I would really like Nedbank to explain this to me. Our friends have a mortgage with you and for the last? 18 months they do not pay their mortgage. Now and then you just asked them if they can't pay something and they just keep on saying they can't. They owe almost R900 000 on their bond and is R180 000 overdue on premiums. Today you gave them another chance after paying only "something". We own a property worth R1.5 million with an outstanding mortgage of R295 000 and you almost us when we were R10 000 in "arrears". The reason therfore is, in middle '11 begining '12 my husband's business went through a very tough time and we asked you in Dec '12 if we could stop the payments for 3 months just to get through the difficult time. My husband had a business account with you since? '96 which he did NOT handle poorly, but because there were times that money didn't came in so regularly or not in time you couldn't return the debits soon enough. He'll even arranged with you telephonically not to return his debits because he's depositing money that same day just to see the next day you have so as did. Then you packed the blame on the system. Shame on you Nedbank.
