I took a policy with this company on the 23 May 2013. I was told that they will mail me the policy documents for me to study and if I want to cancel the policy I have to do it within 30 days of taking a policy. Even now I didn't receive any policy doc from AIG. On 18 June 2013 I called AIG to ask them and they say they are on the way, them I cancelled all the policies I have with AIG. On june and July 2013 AIG deducted money from my account and I called AIG both on June and July and I was told that the cancellation department will call me. Even now, I didn't receive any call from AIG, even my money was not reversed to my account. Pls AIG I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
