I tried canceling my legalwise account so many times but still no feedback and my bank account gets debited every month. I was told to do it via written notice but nothing was done up until today.
Below is a copy of another written notice sent this morning.
Dear Sir or Madam:
The purpose of this letter is to serve as a written notice I am terminating my legalwise account effective immediately.
Please close the following account:
LegalWise Policy 11437930
The account has been paid up and settled via debit order this morning 01 august 2013.
Furthermore, send me a confirmation letter that my account has been closed.
Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
