We took a policy out with Legalwise several months ago. I send the Benoni Branch an email on 2 Oct because I needed help with my Medical Aid who rejected an application for chronic medicine that is suppose to be covered under the plan we have.By the 10th I still heard nothing from Legalwise and followed up with them. On the 11th we got a "read receipt" from Pule Moepi and till today we have heard nothing. We take out a policy with Legalwise to protect us against Service providers who do not deliver? Who must we get now to take on Legalwise about their poor service delivery?
