I called LegalWise to cancel my policy after a friend had a bad experience when he claimed. I also did not need the policy anymore because I discovered when I needed assistance regarding my baby's maintenance and custody issues that they do not cover these cases. When I called LegalWise said I needed to send a written request to [Email Removed] which I did on 30 May 2013. At the end of June, they debited my account and when I called the head office again, I was told it's not cancelled and the phone was disconnected while I was told to wait. Can you PLEASE cancel this policy as I really don't need a policy that doesn't cover anything serious!
