I took a personal loan with Nedbank and the service was great but no copy of my signed contract was given to me at the time of commencing my deal with them. I now am at a situation where I need to go under debt counselling and reconcile all my records of accounts and my contract is not available for me as a customer to possess as per Nedbank staff. My monthly statement doesn't get mailed to me either. The call centre guys have some sort of superiority complex and don't know the definition of customer service. Not to mention I was forced to get a new I D book for a second application at a cost of R220 just to get my application rejected.
