I complained about Legalwise on Hellopeter last year. Their response was very poor and I subsequently cancelled my contract with them. Yesterday I received the same SMS message from Legalwise 3 times (guess where their clients' money is going???) asking me to send them an SMS as I had previously expressed interest in their product. The gall!
Not to be snippy BUT, not only is this the poorest form of database marketing, but they DID NOT INCLUDE AN OPTION TO UNSUBSCRIBE in the SMS! This is against the law! (ECT Act in case you don't know - but being lawyers you jolly well should.)
You'd think that a company offering legal services would have knowledge not to break the law.
And to send out one SMS instead of 3.
And to remember not to send them to people who have been customers previously and then complained on hellopeter.
But hey, what do I know.
Word to the wise - avoid Legalwise.
