Unmet contractual obligation

My claim was approved and my car was booked in for repairs on 1 July 2013 however the service provider has been telling us that the part has not been ordered but expects us to bring the car to them, what's the point of taking the care to them if it is going to be parked and not fixed???
I called the PPS Claims Dept to inform of this on 2 occasions and to request that they identify another service provider who will be prepared to help but have not been successful. I was promised that this will be escalated to the Claims Manager and someone will get back to me in this regard, I am still waiting... it's been 4 weeks... I sent them an email 2 days ago to follow up on this matter and I am yet to receive their response.
I'm very disappointed about this service from both PPS and the service provider Premier Auto. I pay my premiums every month and expect to receive a descent service, All I want is to send my car to my panel beater or to a service provider who will be able to get the parts and fix the car ASAP... I can't wait anymore.
