I submitted a claim last year Sept. Till today that claim is not processed by their service provider. This year in March i had an accident and i informed them that their panel beaters in Bushbuckridge are incompetent. Now it's end of May and service provider has no idea when my car will be fixed. Interesting enough i am told to speak to them myself.
After paying more than R1000 monthly and now i pay R700 a day on hired car. Surely this is not their service promise.
Needless to say i clearly told them that i prefer another panel beater but no because they use cheap labour they prefered to take my car to an incompetent supplier who has no idea what to
