I set up my policy on proviso that the premium be deducted from my creditcard account. This was agreed upon at policy creation. I then established last month that no premium had been deducted. I contacted the callcentre and was assured that it had. I now receive urgent messages that I must provide correct account details as the premium cannot be deducted. You will cover me until you sort out your problems.
