Hi,
I've just been to Standard Bank to inquire about the debit order going of from my account. I have never authorize a company called "CALL VOICE" to deduct R99.00 and "DJ SOLUTIONS" deducting R129.00 from my account.
Standard Bank said they don't have contact details for these people and suggested the easy way is for me to close my account and open a new one. This for me is such a disappointment, since it means that I must now contact all the other companies that are authorized to debit my account to move the them to a new account.
