Not informed of Speical offer - Free Tom TOM

I just signed up to dial direct and after going on the website it clearly states

"Get a TomTom... when you insure with Dial Direct! " No one mentioned any of this stuff to me... I am thinking twice now about signing up as this offer should have been mentioned...

Dial Direct... Where is my free tom tom??? and why wasnt this mentioned.
