After accepting an insurance quote, I was asked if I want the initiation fee debited over 3 months or all at once with my 1st premium. I opted for 3 months and they took it all off at once anyway! I have since sent emails to Alroy asking for some clarity as to what will be done and have had no response from him or anyone else at Dial Direct, I tried to log a complaint on their website and that doesnt work either! They also said I would receive my TomTom go 400 within 7 days and I am still waiting and have heard nothing about delivery.
