Staff error becomes clients problem

1 and a half years ago, I took a loan for my vehicle with Capitec... On the day, once all was finalised, the lady gave me a payment schedule reflecting the amounts that will go off and when the last payment will be debited by debit order. This last payment was meant to be end of June 2013. on the 24th of July 2013 I received a reminder sms about next debit order, thought it was a system error and left it, but next day, the debit order went off.

I queried this with Capitec call centre, they say the schedule was incorrect as their records show end July 2013. I then emailed them the schedule. They call me back and say, sorry, but the system gave incorrect schedule, What they don't seem to realise is that I budgeted accordingly as a single mom with 2 kids, and R1 600 went off that I did not budget for, as I work my budgets according to the document provided to me. They still claim, there is nothing they can do, I must just accept it. I find this quite shocking that I must accept it, I feel they should accept it as a loss as their systems made errors, or their consultant did.
