FNB is bad for you after the fact

What a good experience. FNB is by far one of the most successful companies ever. As they grew the personal service disappeared, needless to mention what computers can do. One record, one person.

Nevertheless, I changed bank accounts from FNB to another bank. I also had an overdraft as well as a smart device with them. If you call the call centre the arm does not know what the elbow does. Generic is the word.

Well after the change of bank account I defaulted, because no one know what is going in in the company. 3 months later I get handed over what is called a litigation handover. So now you need to pay retail value. Bad very sad to say how a company works on growing their profits and taking action but never asked why you leave. The time you leave you are nailed, with all costs to your expense. A commercial bank, with no personal service accept your record in front of them which cannot be interpreted either. They have no urgency, No immediate attention to detail not do they care.

One of the answers I got from M... D... was that I am in not position to make demands. Sad because what happened to me.
