I had a arrangement with Wesbank with my car instalment, firstly the ttok out the installment out of my bank account on the 17th, in the middle of the month and of all months in January. Where that was not part of the arrangement. On the 18th when I complained about that Zahn told me it will be back in my account by or just after 3 that same day. The money come into my account on the 21st only, not keeping up with what he said. And because they did they payment on the wrong date, my account went into overdraught and I got charged for that by the bank. Now I would like to know who will be paying for that, due that it was Wesbanks fault for taking the money on the wrong date before my salary was payed in.
