I called MiWay to update my policy. Bonolo attended to my request with great attitude and effieciency. My request was quickly resolved. She showed great care in sympathising with me regarding my hijacking situation and i felt she is open and someone i can easily talk to.she also showed great knowledge of her job hence the efficient execution
