Over one and a half years ago I contacted FNB call center to settle my credit card account. The agent in the Debt Review Department said my account had been written off, that it was closed and there was nothing to pay. Now I have their lawyers after me demanding a huge amount of money. FNB: You cannot tell your client that their account is written off and then later change your mind and start demanding payment. That is completely wrong. I want this matter settled once and for all.
