2005, 2006 was a very bad year, we lost our home, business and ended up with huge debt. We had a FNB Credit card and was unable to make payments on it, My hubby contacted FNB and they were unwilling to listen to him. We wanted to pay our account. 2006 they handed us over to Groeneweld Lubbe and when we were contacted my husband went to their offices to start an arrangement with them, the amount handed over was such a huge amount, nothing what our limit was, we were told it was interest and we just had to pay. We have tried calling FNB, going into their offices and there isn't anyone who can assist, they just refer us back to the lawyers. Interest back dated, call charges, phone calls, commission etc all charged to an already over charged account makes it so hard to ever pay back this account. We pay our account. Please can someone from FNB help us. We want to settle the account.
