Bad service and attitude

I just wanted to switch my Cheque account to FNB but I was turned back because apparently my ID is too old to be scanned. Also, proof of residence which is a copy of the Lease contract was rejected because the witness did not initial each page. What I find ridiculous is that I have just financed a Landrover Discovery with Wesbank which is a division of the Bank 2 weeks ago but they were able to accept these documents. A Cheque product with no overdraft does not even pose risk to the business so I was appalled by such attitude from the Staff. What's the point of advertising if the service is going to be bad when customers walk through the door!!!
