I subscriped to ITC last year to list some non paying clients, In June I gave a months notice to cancell the service after the year subcription was up. It was totally ingnored and the annual fee deducted from my account I contacted Warren Dowley on the 05 July and wsa told to send through proof of my account and the money would be refunded, I have sent numerous emails and called hours on end to try and get this sorted out and to date nothing. I now get the excuse from Warren that he can't email and his manager is never available His manager Shane now tells me that they will have to try and get hold of finance. Shane has now not even sure when they will be able to get back to!!!
