The day I received an invoice via email from Transunion I requested it be cancelled and NOT to be deducted from my bank account, yet it WAS INDEED deducted. Now more than a month later I'm following up basically on a daily basis and still no refund which was promised to me over a week ago. They either dont reply or when they do they send me a reference number for my complaint. But if I were in error believe you me they'd hound me for the money, now they not giving me back my money of R280.00. Totally pathetic!!!
